Nightly janitorial service includes removal of routine office waste and recyclables. For larger trash removal, tenants can rent dumpsters.

Composting is a service One South Dearborn offers to our tenants during use of amenity spaces such as the Lounge and Conference Center on the 7th floor. Please follow the signage instructions above the composting receptacles and let’s reduce our waste!
